Turmeric & Blueberry Chia Pots


40g rolled oats

2Tbs Chia Seeds

1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder

Pinch of Cinnamon (Ceylon is better than Cassia)

250ml of Coconut, Almind or Oat Milk

1tsp Sweet Freedom Cinnamon or Fruit Syrup

Pumpkin Seeds and Blueberries for topping.


Add everything except the blueberries to a jar or bowl, stir and leave in the fridge overnight

In the morning stir again, top with the blueberries and enjoy!
