Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas - mashed
200g oats
50g ground almonds
1/4 cup raisins/sultanas
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup coconut oil - melted
2 eggs
1tsp baking powder
Instructions
Mash bananas and melt the coconut oil.
Add all ingredients together and mix well
Add to a lined loaf tin
Bake in the oven at 180/Gas Mark 5 for approx. 45 minutes
