Ingredients
1 apple, sliced
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan and and add the apple slices.
Cover on medium heat for 5mins.
Add the oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
Keep stirring until a bit gooey/crispy, then serve
