Ingredients
1/4 cup cold pressed coconut oil, room temperature
1/4 cup organic rice malt syrup
1/3 cup organic cacao or pure cocoa powder
A pinch of sea salt
1 cup raw pecans or walnuts, soaked and dehydrated
2/3 cup organic shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao powder.
Stir and press the oil till its thoroughly blended
Toss the remaining ingredients in and stir together
Layout a sheet of wax paper on a plate and with your hands form into 3/4-inch round balls.
Freeze each plate full for 15 minutes
Enjoy cold or thawed from the fridge
