Almondy Smoothie



Ingredients

300ml of Almond Milk

Handful of organic oats

Handful of chia seeds

Handful of quinoa flakes

Optional coconut water or milk to taste


Instructions

Add the Almond milk to a blender and blend in the oats, chia and quinoa flakes and coconut water to taste.

If you don’t have coconut water, you can use coconut milk.
